We work hard to ensure our website is as easy as possible to navigate with clear signposting and a search facility but sometimes a simple explanation can help!
Working your way around our website
The Five Star Embroidery website is set out with a simply menu structure, you can view the Products we offer which are helpfully sorted into different categories such as Corporate Wear, Workwear and so on, or alternatively view them by the Services we offer such as Embroidery or Printed Garments. These menus are a great place to start for ideas, once you know what you are looking for we recommend you view our Catalogue Menu, where you can see our full range of products sorted by the type of garments we have available. This will allow you to view and compare similar items and help you make an informed decision on the right one for you.
Alternatively, if this searching is all a little overwhelming you can simply click “Get a quote” on the top right hand menu. Input the basic details of what you are looking for and we will come back to you to discuss your options.
Ready to order?
OK, so you are ready to place your order with us. But firstly, take a minute to make sure you have chosen the right product, on each of our product pages you will see a picture and specification details about the product, the sizes available and colours you can chose from. If you are unsure contact the Five Star team for advice, we take time to train our staff to have a good understanding of all our products so we can help you make the right decision on a garment to suit your needs.
Placing your order
We accept orders by email or by telephoning our team on 01937 832579. Make sure you have noted the Product Code of the items you want to order along with the colour and size. Be prepared to send us an email with details of the personalisation you require and any logos or images we need for your bespoke items. We will ask for this when we take your order from you. If you are personalising t-shirts for a group then make sure you give us clear instructions of what you expect – and take extra care to check all spellings before you email them to us! If you have a deadline for your order then please be sure to tell us this straight away, we will confirm that this is possible for us to meet before progressing your order with us. Make sure we have your delivery details and that someone will be available to accept delivery on the agreed date to avoid delays.
Waiting for your order
Once you have placed your order with Five Star Embroidery we will keep you updated of our process as we prepare your clothing or accessories. This will mean we may send you proofs of the design and logo to approve and sign off before we start. This is an important step to make sure we get things just as you want them and the finished product is exactly as you need it to look.
Once finished we will be in touch to let you know we are dispatching your order. For the local area, one of our team will hand deliver your order, for those further afield we will arrange delivery via our approved courier partner. We will of course advise you of the delivery date to ensure you are available to receive it.
