Working from our purpose built premises in North Yorkshire, we work hard to ensure our knowledge is up to date with the latest techniques and equipment to provide a high quality service at the best possible price for our customers.
Here’s a little about what to expect when you place an order with our team and the service we provide.
Placing your order
Our customer services team is available throughout Monday to Thursday, between 9am – 5pm to discuss your requirements with you. We can give you advice on the print and colour results you can expect using different fabrics and materials. Depending on the size of your order it is also worth considering the discounts we can offer for volume orders if you are able to order in bulk. Once we understand your requirements we will send you a detailed quotation along with an estimated delivery timescale should you decide to go ahead with your order.
You can also request a quotation using our online form at https://fivestarembroidery.co.uk/embroidery-products-quote/. Simply complete your details and upload the image or logo you would like to have embroidered or printed on the garment. We will come back to you where possible with a quotation but sometimes we might need further information – in this case we will give you a call back to discuss your order.
Preparing your order & delivery
Once you have placed your order with Five Star Embroidery we will keep you updated of our process as we prepare your clothing or accessories. This will mean we may send you proofs of the design and logo to approve and sign off before we start. This is an important step to make sure we get things just as you want them and the finished product is exactly as you need it to look.
Once finished we will be in touch to let you know we are dispatching your order. For the local area, one of our team will hand deliver your order, for those further afield we will arrange delivery via our approved courier partner. We will of course advise you of the delivery date to ensure you are available to receive it.
